body"I miss being able to climb the ladder without being pushed off. I miss when SP wasn't being delegated into a handful of accounts because that meant there were more eyes willing to look. I miss when people had to work hard and find ways to get eyes on their work and the sense of community we shared when getting to know people was important. All they did was continuously improve. Now people post, buy a stupid participation award, walk away, then wonder why they're losing money instead of earning. Rather than improving, they just do it again until they're so sick of failing they end up quitting. Worse yet, they don't blame themselves because in many ways they have a good reason to blame the system, yet it was their own choices that led to their demise. By the way, if you can't tell, this is why I need a break. I become stressed out just thinking about it. People need to open their eyes though. Many of the people I follow don't even post anymore and I know why. There's no incentive to work hard and do a good job when someone can just come along and kick them to the curb with a few dollars. Like I said in the post, it's putting people out of business. Look at the abuse happening that wouldn't even exist if people weren't offered the tools to aid them in their abusive behaviors. Why I feel so alone pointing this stuff out doesn't help either. So many seem to have their blinders on and those blinders are made of money. They're given the opportunity to embrace the multi billion dollar arts and entertainment industry combined with the incredibly valuable information age. By embracing that and helping people and the platform succeed they can **legally** manipulate the value of a digital currency in their favor... but they don't even know it. Pardon the ranting...."
