La chicha es una bebida muy sabrosa, y un alimento de tradición en Venezuela, se puede preparar con fécula de maíz, arroz o pasta.
Es de carácter comercial, pues en las plazas, parques y salidas de escuelas era muy común ver a una persona vendiendo Chicha, o como muchos decían un carrito Chinchero, pues es de gusto de grandes y chicos, saborear un buen baso de Chicha.
Hoy no podemos salir de casa, solo lo necesario, y ya no vemos esos carritos chicheros por las calles, pero no podemos dejar de disfrutar una Chicha, es por eso que la preparamos en casa de una manera fácil y rápida, para refrescar nuestro paladar.
