Do you have any idea how often you complain and realize 'i am complaining'?
People like complaint, every little thing can be the source of complaint. Get D, lose game, break relationship, dirty dress, etc. Kinds of these things as you like, it can be listed endless. But people never put attention on themselves, they also complain some stupid guys, terrible environment, bad luck. Does it work?
It changes nothing. People are caring for your complaint because they love you but the patience is limited. Every time your complaint push them away inch and eventually you will find the gap can't be filled in anymore. YOU'LL LOSE THEM
Other hand, you find you'll be happy when you complain to your family because they are suffering. But more often actually every time complaining prompts you getting negative feedback to your brain. You think you're free,but no it's just waiting for a sudden enormous burst.
Does it have methods getting rid of it? Yes, measure always more than difficult. A very simple but useful way is to write it down. Leave them on the paper not to your family or your mind. Note what time i complain and for what. It's so simple that hard to believe, yes so do I! But Rome was not built in a day; Never overvalue the short and underestimate the long. The point is you do work on it.
