| body | "In fact, we are not so often flooded, although our area of the city is located in the lowland part. But a few years ago my family and I walked in the suburbs and watched this picture, when the spring melt water flooded part of the village on the outskirts of Bryansk.
On the one hand, it is good to stare like this from a hill and photograph the vicinity of the spill, but those residents whose homes were flooded, that year had not sweet.
On the railway embankment we passed deep into the settlement and everywhere, to the horizon, there was water. Only those houses that were higher were affected less.
We even saw a special car, which was quite high and could easily, like a ship, to overcome the depth, which sometimes reached up to one and a half meters.
Also, some people swam on boats, helping residents to get to the mainland.
And yet we are lucky that we once did not buy a house in this village. here of course very nice, near the forest and the lake, but the risk of flooding persists during each flood in the spring.
