Hoy quiero mostrarles un poco de mis trabajos y lo maravilloso que es el merengue italiano. Es muy noble porque cuando lo preparamos correctamente podemos trabajar lo muy bien, pintarlo del color que queramos solo hay que saberlo trabajar y en especial tener una receta que nos funcione bien.

La verdad es que hoy en dia amo el merengue italiano pero al principio cuando comencé a hacer tortas odiaba el merengue italiano pues no me quedaba bien, se cortaba o quedaba muy liquido y así no me resultaba para decorar las tortas.

Es maravilloso trabajar vendiendo tortas. Pero lo mas maravilloso de todo es ver todas las fotos y ver como cada dia mi trabajo va mejorando. Sin lugar a dudas es que la practica hace al maestro y nada ayuda mas que confiar en nuestras habilidades. Hace diez años no imagine estar donde estoy hoy en dia y menos que iba a amar tanto el merengue italiano. Son muchas las tortas que tengo con merengue Y que me encanta ver como quedan tan bellas y aun mas ver la cara de mis clientes cuando ven mi trabajo.
