body | "You stayed aware. This is a fun exercise to do and easily done especially in the morning when your body has rested or any point when the body has had enough sleep. as long as you can enter the meditative mode necessary to allow the mind to detach, your consciousness can stay wherever it wants, even within the confine of the body or just outside of it, within the realm of your room or house or planet. You can channel as many frequencies as you want. It is like listening to more than one instrument of music at the same time or turning on 2 or three radio stations at once and listening to them at the same time. You simply allow it to be and stay aware of them.
This is an exercise I have been doing for years and a very healthy one to listen to as well. There's so much learning that can come from this practice and the potentiel is monumental, if not infinite in itself. enjoy, I'm glad you also had this experience. Namaste :)" |
