##### For the dough:
>½ cup of oil
1 glass of water
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 pack of baking powder (9 grams)
1 tablespoon of vinegar
2 teaspoons of flour
2 Tea Cups semolina

##### For the stuffing:
>1 cup of roasted, crushed walnuts
---
##### For sugar syrup:
>3 teaspoons of sugar
4 teapots of water
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 packet of vanilla sugar

##### Preparation:
>Boil the sugar syrup from the water and sugar. Let it cool down and then add the vanilla and lemon juice.

>In the middle bowl, mix the flour and whisk together with the baking powder.
---
>In a large bowl, mix the two types of fat, water, vanilla and vinegar.
---
>Add the dry ingredients to the wet and soften the soft dough.
---
>From the dough, make balls with a diameter slightly larger than a walnut.
---
>Roll each piece of dough in elliptical form, cut 3 centimeters on both sides, so you can cross the dough strips over the stuffing. In the middle, sprinkle the chopped walnuts and entwine the sweets.

>Place them on a large tray with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
When ready, pour the hot sweets with the cooled sugar syrup.
