Shift and change is always a punch in the gut. It seems most conservatism roots in an abhorrence to the unknown and starting fresh🤣
It aint easy, but us humans love our easy burgers so tend to not be fans of the way life often says, get to work, or slaps us with ‘wake up’ realities.
and so it goes.
i personally get through it all (for the most part) by providing the space for Suck.
to me Suck is a tangible thing. Live has suck, people have suck, i have suck.
i consider it an unavoidable truth.
Just knowing that Suck in its various forms is inevitable helps me to not take it so personally. Well normally i still react the same, get pissed or whatever dealing with whatever suck... more it helps me in the aftermath to keep moving on.
Perhaps most of all forgiving myself of my own unavoidable suck is where this sucky theory of mine aids.
It’s ok that i suck sometimes. Recognize it and forgive it and try not to repeat it... but try not to let my own suck get me stuck.
Lol, and so it goes.
Good luck on that job hunt and being amongst the masses again.... I’m sure it will suck a bit... but you will make it😎🔥"
