## Details

Piano Booster is a MIDI file player that displays the musical notes AND teaches people how to play the piano and allows  to change the speed of playback and transpose the music.

Piano Booster is a free (Open Source) program available from: http://pianobooster.sourceforge.net/

So I decided to give my contribution designing this logo for this project, a project owned by [Capitaine Fab](https://github.com/captnfab)

The owner added the prososed logo to the README file of the project. 

For the graphic concept I used the keyword piano and the letter P (Piano) and the letter B (Booster), based on these keywords, I decided to design a letter P with a shape of a piano,  then  I use another rounded shape to create the letter B.

For the choice of colors the owner did not make any request, so for the letter P and Piano I used the color black, the other shape I used the purple color, which makes a good contrast with black, differentiating the letter P from the letter B

I chose Futura BK BT for the Piano word  as a font because it fits well with the logo, and for the word Booster  I used Futura MD BT because the color is purple, and will look better with a bold font.

## Benefits / Improvements

•	PianoBooster did not have logo before, so my logo bring new identity to this project;
•	It´s modern, original and easy to remember;
•	Understandable in small sizes and with great monochromatic versions;
•	The owner was very pleased with the design.
