Hello, my fellow Steemians!

Hope you all are doing well and it’s my pleasure to post my first article in this lovely community. As a simple introduction about me; **I’m a Travel-aholic**, has travelled many destinations in my country since last year, nevertheless has to pause it, coz of this ongoing horrible plague; COVID-19. 

Anyhow, I’m waiting to travel again with my beloved, once the situation gets normal. Meanwhile, I saw this mind-blowing contest and decided to participate in it. 

My loving husband and I highly believe that; **“We need to die with memos, but not with dreams”**. So whenever we get an opportunity to travel, definitely **we would grab that chance**.

From this article, I am planning to express **wonderful flashbacks with traveling destinations** which we recently explored.

It was a **beach hotel** with breath taking views and mind blowing environment; **The Habitat Kosgoda by Asia Leisure Hotels**. This place is **ideal for a couple** to spend a perfect vacay with many comforts. I still remember, how we felt it.

After having a warm welcome, we visited our to our second floor sea view room to have a quick wash. Because we knew that we have **lots of things to explore** during this weekend 😋.

The **room was wonderful and comfy to its best**.

View from our private balcony was superb. Actually, **It’s like heaven!**

Since the **southern coastal line of Sri Lanka was so glamorous**, we spend more time in beach and were able to **capture lovely clicks** thanks to my husband. 😎

It is situated beside the **Negambo Lagoon** and perfect for a vacation to soothe your souls🌊🏖️.

Actually, we were able to **check-in to the best room in this hotel**. Because it was the **only room in hotel beside the lagoon** and can **enjoy the lagoon breeze even if we were in the room**.

During this vacay, we were able to experience a **super boat ride ⛵ to the lagoon**. Boat ride nearly took fifteen minutes.
