Education in our school is significantly changing. The old term of the classroom is no longer used in current teaching-learning because it emphasized students to sit quietly and neatly in their seats while the teachers were busy with their speech. The teacher tended to pour pearl of wisdom rather than teaching them a certain knowledge. It happened in old time. Teacher-centered was promoted as the best way to teach their students. Teachers explained the textbook without having any practical way to apply the theory. We were told to listen and pay serious attention to their unclear explanation. That was a slight description of the old school. In the present time, the 21st-century teacher the story is different. Teachers are much more creative than the old ones, they were demanded to bring some changes in teaching. The government stresses the teacher to innovate and develop themselves throughout the training, in return, the teachers are able to apply the 21-century style to their learners.

Teachers seem to understand that once they stand up in front of the room and begins "teaching," they know the way to bring the enjoyment to the classroom. The current teachers do a lot of things to avoid the boring class throughout the right choose method and finding the creative inspiration. They become an opened personality and mostly open the change and potentially find the better ways of doing things in order to make their classroom enjoyable. In the way to apply their invention, mostly they think outside the box where they avoid to think that the classroom within strictly confined terms and be always open to ideas that come from outside of a certain method. They believe that they might find a creative juice to transform some of their lessons.

The current teachers are fond of thinking creatively which is start learning about the thing that excites them. The excitement tends to get their brain motivated, active and creative one. This current teaching encourages them to always equip themselves with technology stuff that allows them to create a creative class and a way to avoid the silence classroom. The technology allows the student to engage, build opportunities to apply what they have learned to the real-world problem. By doing this way, there is no more teacher-centered, teachers are now giving out the opportunity to students to express their ideas without having any gap. However, the problems also come up during the teaching-learning process, the creative teacher will strive to find the way to overcome them.

Although the teachers are being creative individuals, they must prepare themselves with the morality and attitude. Means, the teacher must concern on the different characteristic of students as education is both their responsibility and their right. In addition, not all students are so unaware of the change. The society at large, and consequently many students are demanding an educational system that works for them. These students become self-innovated in learning and curious, eager to learn and willing to do whatever it takes. This is then called as meta cognitive where students are aware of the importance of education to their life. I do believe that the student-centered learning environment enables a teacher or educator to deal with effective types of learners in the same classroom. A student-centered learning way encourages students to create the independent individual and ultimately to be self-responsibility for their own education.

Student-centered aims to create the independent individual and self-responsibility. It happens when the educator’s role is changing from the traditional teaching style toward coaching and facilitating, motivating their students to take responsibility on their development. It can be done through do-it-yourself, student-to-student teaching (student peer teaching), project based learning, student-centered learning environment and there are some more encouraging programs that can be applied in the modern teacher mindset.

### Conclusion
The using the term of the student-centered learning simply refer to educational mindsets that encourage the teachers or educators to adopt the advanced way in teaching the learners throughout the instructional method that allows the teacher to recognize the different individuals in the classroom which emphasizes each student’s interest, abilities and learning style and setting the teacher as facilitator, motivator and wise individual of learning rather than being a dominant in the class as a whole. In the student-centered way the student can find themselves in learning as well as create them to be responsible individuals.
