Agronomical farming is the use of science and technology to produce food, fuel and also preserve the land by the use of agricultural plants. The agronmical crops occupy large acres of land as it is the basis of world food and fuel production. The use of agronomic on farming farming is really important and beneficial as it makes it possible for post harvesting activities and also does it even more effectively and efficiently. It makes this possible by the use of biotechnology and mechanized agricultural tools to develop food systems and most importantly considering the value of the environment. Hence, does not harm the environment in any way.

#### <center><div class="phishy">*Merits of Using Agronomical On Farming.*</div> </center>
**1.** One most important advantage of using agronomical on farming, is *the quality of the work*. The use of machines for farming does not only make your work easy but also provide a certain quality that could never be matched by the human hand. So the use of machines has made farming activities more effective and more efficient than ever.
**2.** Another important advantage of the use of agronomical on farmin is *Low operation cost it covers.* The use of machines have cut the cost of labour over 50% as in the work a machine can do now could match that of 100 people and can also accomplish the same task much faster than that of the manual labour. For example the cost 100 people manually ploughing and planting seeds on a 50 acre land could cost over GHs10000 and a machine could accomplish this same task much faster with less cost. Because the only cost the machine will encounter would be that of the fuel cost and the rental cost if rented.
**3.** Another really important advantage to know about the use of agronomical on farming is *how efficient and effective the use of machines can be.* Machines can be used in complex situations where the human hand can not attempt and also most importantly can be used to accomplish tasks on time. Just last year in the harvet season in our area, it rained heavily so our crops could not be harvested by hand and even if it could there would be no means to carry the produce out so we had to use a combine harvestor. That is a machine capable of harvesting the crop in the wet land and was also effective and efficient. This basically tells us how the use of agronomical on farming can really benefit us.
#### <center><div class="phishy">*Demerits of Using Agronomical On Farming.*</div> </center>
Just like every other thing in the world that has a positive impact, I also has a negative impact. Below are some disadvantages of the use of agronomical on farming.
**1.** One of the disadvantage of the use of agronomical on farming is *the heavy investment involved.* The machines involved in the farming activities comes at a cost. The cost can be devastating to the investor when he is not able to make profit up to or over the initial amount invested into the farm. This can lead to other related and unrelated consequences, like huge debts on the investor and also stress on the investor leading to high blood pressure, totally unrelated.
**2.** Another disadvantage of the use of agronomical farming is *the increment in the cost of operations.* Machines are not perfect, they are just different parts put together to form a bigger one and any of these parts can develop a fault and will need to be repaired. Sometimes the cost of preparing some parts alone could cost an investor a fortune. They can be different fault on the machines as long as there are still in use and since that was the main reason there were bought to do there is going to be cost of operation and the higher the problems, the higher the cost of operations. And apart from fixing broken parts, machines also need to be serviced regularly in order to work efficiently and all this count as part off the cost of operations.
**3.** Another disadvantage of the use of agronomical on farming is the *lack of trained personnel.* The machines used for farming has to be controlled by someone and this someone has to be experienced in the use of that machine so when and inexperience person is responsible for the use of a machine he/she is not familiarized with, it is going to be appropriate as it can lead to the destruction of that machine hence, the increase in the cost of operation. For example, when an investor assign the use of a tractor to someone who usually drives an minivan and has never driven a tractor, the person with the lack of experience will sure drive the tractor as if it were a minivan which can cause the tractor to develop faults in some parts because of it inefficient use and as like always will lead to higher cost of operations.

Agrochemicals are chemical products used in agriculture to enhance the growth of crops by providing the missing nutrients and more for the crops to grow really well to produce more output. Examples of these chemicals are fertilizers, pesticides, weedicides, soil conditioners and many others. The use of agrochemicals have increased productivity of crops massively.

#### <center><div class="phishy">*Recommendation that could improve the use of Agrochemicals.*</div> </center>
Agrochemicals have been perceived as this bad substance which destroys the earth but have chose to ignore the positive things it has done for farmers and I don't blame people who say that the sue of agrochemicals are bad. I personally thinks agrochemical would be perceived as more safe to use by people if something can be done to reduce the chemical content inside of it that seems to disrupt the soil.
Lets take pesticide for example. Pesticide is one of the agrochemicals used in farming which is allegedly accused of soil disruption. It is used to control the damage caused by pests to farms and has been successful in it's use as it has reduce the pest attacks on farms and hence increasing production. But I think that if the toxic part of pesticides could be substituted with something less toxic, people would find it more feasible to use agrochemicals. This applies to all the other agrochemicals once the toxic portion is eliminated people will no longer perceive it as harmful hence, more people will indulge in using it more often.
