 Everyone loves to eat Ice-cream in summers, be it daytime, noon or night. What's better than an Ice-cream made at home with curd? Come let's prepare ice-cream at home with curd. <hr>Ingredients Required- Curd - 1/2 cup (100 grams) Sugar - 1/4 cup (50 grams) Cream - 1/2 Cup (100g) Vanilla Essence - 2 Drops Cashews - 10 (Take small pieces) Biscuit-4 (make small pieces) <hr>Method: - How to make Curd Ice Cream Mix curd and sugar, put it in the mixer and stir the curd till sugar dissolves. By adding cream and vanilla essence, stir again until all the ingredients are mixed.   Add chopped cashew pieces and mix them. Put the pieces of biscuit in an air tight container, add the mixture and put away the remaining biscuit pieces to keep the ice cream freezing in the freezer. Ice cream is ready to freeze in 5-6 hours. Remove the ice cream container from the freezer and serve and eat cold ice cream daily with syrup and eat it. <hr>Suggestions: You can add any other dry fruits in the ice cream or small pieces of any fruit that you like apple, mango, etc.<hr> Thanks for reading this food recipe.
