尝试眼罩
我是真心佩服那种睡觉可以一整晚保持平躺姿势的人。专家建议的睡觉姿势是向右侧卧，这样不会压迫心脏。可是每个人有自己的睡眠姿势和习惯，老公就偏喜欢压迫自己的心脏，非要朝左翻。儿子呢，总喜欢趴着睡，再说我自己，必须朝右边侧卧，才能入睡。



可是侧卧对爱美的女性来说，潜藏着一个大问题，经常在某一天的早上醒来，我会发现自己的右眼角或者右眼下边缘因为睡觉时和枕头的摩擦压出几根细细的纹路，让人看起来一下老几岁。过不了多久，这些纹路会自动消失。


我在网上查过，因为睡眠姿势形成的皱纹叫假性皱纹，随着时间的推移，如果不改变睡眠姿势这些假性皱纹就会演化为真性皱纹，那个时候，擦眼霜打激光都没办法了去掉了，想想就可怕，比做噩梦可怕多了。


这可怎么办？不朝右边翻就睡不着啊，想来想去，想到一个解决办法，在网上买了一个真丝眼罩，入睡前把眼罩带上，可以遮光，还可以保护眼周肌肤不受枕头的挤压，可是不习惯带眼罩睡觉的我，能不能坚持下去呢？
