Electronic money as a solution for Africa

The most people keep Africa as a big trouble. A continent without infrastructure, high rate of youth unfortunately without perspective. 

I think that electronic money would be a good investment idea in Africa. we do not need a lot of things. My idea would be using solar to mining Eletronic money. In Africa we have a lot of sun.

My name is Hicham and I'm from Morocco, Africa. Since 2013 I am interested in electronic money buy / sell and mining.

 What is needed:
1. PV costs about 1000 dollars

2. Bitmain AntMiner S9 bitcoin miners 11.85 TH / s will cost about 3000 dollars
