Its a continent of future steem users who have no other choice but to signup and add content to steem in the hopes of earning more than the normal pay they receive in their day jobs, so hundreds of millions or maybe all 1 Billion Africans will be singing up to Steem in the next 25 years while every last nation in Africa develops itself... And until then its just a waiting game and a numbers game, with steem being the final pool  every last African will end up in while looking for work...  After all other employment options have been exhausted, steem will be the last hope of an income for millions and eventually Billions of people... It  is the path of least resistance so the world's poor will end up here after they have tried everything else.  And the ability for users to help each other by buying steempower and giving out Upvotes will create an EXHILARATING new Hobby of becoming a Boss to other people and providing jobs, managing humans to doing work... People get Addicted to the Power and fall in love with the idea of creating multiple businesses which can employ a few people at first, then a few dozens then hundreds and eventually Steemians will end up supporting thousands of other human beings all with steempower and auto upvotes and a mix of Manual Curation to come check up on users
