Run, Bike and Walk, but don't overdo it!

The picture above shows the street that runs next to the house where I live. It is bright sunshine, but still a bit cool in contrast to yesterday.

Therefore I was dressed a little warmer for my 6 km run.
I think running, cycling and walking are really the best activities you can do in the Corona time to strengthen your immune system.

But also important: Don't overdo it with sports, because this could have a negative effect in case of an infection, because the immune system could overreact by the attack of the virus and eventually worsen the condition.

Das obige Bild zeigt die Straße, die neben dem Haus verläuft, in dem ich wohne. Es ist strahlender Sonnenschein, aber noch etwas kühl im Gegensatz zu gestern.

Ich zog mich deshalb für meinen 6 km Lauf ein wenig wärmer an.
Ich denke Laufen, Radfahren und Spazierengehen sind wirklich in der Corona Zeit die besten Aktivitäten, die man machen kann, um sein Immunsystem zu stärken.

Aber auch wichtig: Nicht mit dem Sport übertreiben, denn das könnte im Fall einer Infektion eine negative Wirkung haben, da das Immunsystem durch den Angriff des Virus überreagieren und den Zustand letztendlich verschlechtern könnte.
