Receta: Pastel Arcoiris 🎂🌈 (paso a paso)// 20% @steemitfoods. #steemexclusive💚💫

Hola apreciados amigos de SteemitFoods como amante a la repostería, siempre intento preparar pasteles y postres en casa que me hagan feliz y a mi familia probando recetas y mejor aún logrando aprender nuevas técnicas.

El día de hoy quiero mostrarles una deliciosa y hermosa **Torta arcoiris 🌈** ya me siento unicornia jajajajaja.

## INGREDIENTES.

- Harina de trigo todo uso o repostera o 0000 (200gramos)
- Azúcar refinada (100 gramos).
- Huevos 3 piezas.
- Leche 100 ml o 100 gramos.
- Mantequilla 100 gramos.
- Polvo de hornear 2 cucharadas.
- Esencia de Vainilla.
- Lluvias de colores.

Para comenzar batiremos la mantequilla con el azúcar hasta cremar la mantequilla y veamos que el azúcar se disuelva un poco.

Luego vamos a agregar los huevos 1 a 1 hasta que se mezclen bien con la mantequilla.

Una vez veamos cremosos los huevos y bien integrados debemos agregar la harina tamizada.

Esto lo haremos con un colador encima de la mezcla o en otro recipiente.

Segundo de cierta cantidad de harina iremos batiendo y agregando tanto harina como para que la harina no se sobre amase y se active el gluten o nuestro pastel no tendrá la consistencia adecuada.

Este proceso puede con la batidora electrica o de manera manual con un batidor de globo siempre evitando sobre batir la mezcla. Una ves todo integrado Agregaremos las chispas de colores.

Yo decidí agregar de muchas formas y colores jejeje siento que me emocioné y quería que tuviese color. No las agregaba todas juntas sino que por partes y mezclaba para así evitar que se quedarán en un solo espacio.

> Finalmente lleve la torta al horno en una bandeja de 14 centímetros por 7 cm y como era una mezcla de prueba solo lleno la mitad de la bandeja.

## Así se veía luego de salir del horno deje reposar unos minutos para luego desmoldar fácilmente.

Y quite la capa de encima para mostrarles como se vería por dentro de hermosa y colorida.

Y amigos un vez picada me he fijado que cada espacio tenía un grandioso destello de color.

Y así amigos les pasó está receta fácil hermosa unicornia y deliciosa jejeje por cierto el sabor de este pastel está increíble y súper esponjoso y con una miga espectacular.

Señor cuando me uni inicial mente al club aporte en forma de apoyo a 3 Power up consecutivos para pertenecer al club por ahora ya obtengo ganancias con la etiqueta y solo enciendo las ganancias de la misma.
