Rather than climbing up a ladder seeking perfection, we are unfolding into wholeness. We are not trying to transcend or vanquish the difficult energies that we consider wrong—the fear, shame, jealousy, anger. This only creates a shadow that fuels our sense of deficiency. Rather, we are learning to turn around and embrace life in all its realness—broken, messy, vivid, alive.

This raw and beautiful country continues to teach me so many lessons every single day. Living here reminds me to appreciate the simple pleasures life has to offer.... we don’t need much...to savor each little moment in time as change can happen so fast...to live with intention and be more aware of our thoughts and how they manifest into our realities. To take care of Mother Nature and leave a smaller footprint...being here has opened my eyes to the level of importance it is and how greed and ignorance and lack of education is destroying our planet... I’ve learned a lot but still have so much to learn. Grateful doesn’t cut it..
