_Perkenalan diri dengan latar warung bang Him di kampong kami_

Selamat malam. Semoga kalian sehat selalu dalam menjalankan aktivitas kalian.

Saya Agus Asfiadi, 28 tahun, tinggal di Kuta Blang, Bireuen - Aceh. Saya menyelesaikan kuliah di fakultas tehnik jurusan teknik sipil, pada universitas Almuslim, Bireuen.

Saat ini saya bekerja di PT Satria Antara Prima (SAP), sub cabang Kota Lhokseumawe. Sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pengiriman. Posisi saya sebagai staf driver yang siap mengantar paket pengguna jasa kami ke setiap pelosok.

Saya mulai bekerja di perusahaan yang berpusat di Jakarta tersebut sejak Oktober 2018 lalu. Pengalaman saya selama bekerja di sana sangat menyenangkan. Tim kami sangat kompak dan saling bekerjasama, terutama dalam melayani para pengguna jasa kami.

Meskipun demikian terkadang ada juga kondisi yang membuat kami agak jengkel, saat sesekali menghubungi kostumer kami. Mereka kadang-kadang mangaku tidak pernah memesan apapun yang kemudian dikirim dengan menggunakan jasa kami. Padahal jelas-jelas pesanamnya ada, dan kami siap mengantarkan tepat di alamat mereka.

Lain lagi dengan kostumer yang lain. Ketika dihubungi pada nomor tertera, terkadang HP mereka tidak aktif. Di tambah lagi dengan makian dan ogah membayar ketika mereka memesan sesuatu melalui mekanisme bayar di tempat (COD). Dan sebenarnya banyak persoalan lainnya.

Namun dalam melaksanakan tugas, termasuk di masa pandemi covid-19 ini, kami selalu siap dengan kondisi apapun. Ini berkat kekompakan dan dan semangat sert saling memotivasi antar teman kantor kamo.
