<h2>GIFT AND CALLING</h2>

<p>To exercise leadership in every part of our life we should know our gifts and calling.</p>

<p>GIFTS</p>
<p>Gifts are something God has given to you. Our gifts are not the same, No two gifts are exactly the same. There could be two artist but each draw differently.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>1. Our Gifts manifest God's ability in us.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>2. Our Gifts require good stewardship(A steward is a person who takes care of something which has been enthrusted to him) because the quality of our stewardship will shape the quality of your Gift.</p>

<blockquote>10 Just as each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of the varied grace of God.&nbsp;</blockquote>
<blockquote>11 Whoever speaks, let it be with God’s words. Whoever serves, do so with the strength that God supplies, so that in everything God will be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen.&nbsp;</blockquote>

<p>3. Our gift should be the area of our operation. If your gift is teaching, you don't have to be dancing, you have to teach.</p>

<p>WHAT CONSTITUTE OUR GIFTING?</p>
<p>1. Talent: Talent is what we can do naturally. Talent is the way we think.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>2. Passion: Is what you really love doing. <strong>Without Passion talent will die</strong>.</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>3. Experience: is when <strong>talent</strong> and <strong>passion</strong> meets reality, as a saying goes "experience is the best teacher".</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>4. Training: Training is what you are trained to do. Not getting training for your talen is not neccessary bad, but mixing your talent with training is richer(You going to create something far better than greater).</p>
<p><strong>DO NOT DISCARD YOUR TRAINING</strong></p>
