South Africa’s Central Bank Wins an Award for its Khokha Project Based on the Ethereum Blockchain

### In case you do not know,

Today's post talks about the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) which also the country's Central Bank being given an award for its Khokha project well carried out using the Ethereum blockchain.

The South African Central Bank received a FinTech and RegTech award for the best Distributed Ledger Initiative from the global banking forum Central Bank.

This award is prior to its success with its Khokha project which is uses ethereum blockchain to carryout interbank payments.

The Khokha project was launched by the South African Central bank with the aim of assessing performance, privacy, scalability and resilience of blockchain technology under realistic conditions. This project was delivered in less than three months. By this Khokha project, seventy thousand (70,000) to two hundred thousand (200,000) transactions can be scaled per day.

SEE if THEy get an award for an Ethereum project, and we all know ethereum is basically a platform for ICO scams and nothing useful but crypto kitties then imagine when these organization find out about our DPOS Steem and EOS and bitshares projects like @yensesa and @wafrica i mean sheeeeeet we deserve the prize not the corrupt south african central bank that just prints money for corrupt neptoism projects gives money to ther friends, whiel we work harda nd do thinsg teh right way with little no no mainstream attenion

when we finally do get attention form hollywood its goiung to be incredible
