 A body detox is needful when you have acne. A detox will help to cleanse the colon of accumulated toxins which reflects in a glowing, blemish- free skin. It could be a DIY detox or a product such as stabilized aloe vera drink. I prefer Forever Aloe vera gel because its been proven over the years and has the Kosher seal. It is stabilized aloe vera gel and has other nutrients, amino acids, and vitamins that feeds the body as it rids it of toxins. This was what treated my acne and it has not returned. I do not subscribe to using aloe Vera plant because its not stabilized and cannot be stored. Aloe vera also has up to 250 species of which most are poisonous. Detox drinks can also be prepared with Hibiscus calyx or zobo leaf. Moringa leaf powder. Garlic. Apple cider vinegar. Vegetable smoothies . etc Have you ever tried a body detox? What did you use?
