<h4> Hello, My name is Alessandro Brichese. I am from Italy and I have been working for more than 15 years in the entertainment industry, as an Art Director and Entertainment Manager in different Hotels. I have quit a safe job to undertake new challenges in search of new opportunities.</h4>

Hola mi nombre es Alessandro Brichese y soy Italiano.  Por más de 15 años trabajé en el mundo del entretenimiento, como director Artístico y Gerente de animación en Hoteles. He dejado un trabajo seguro para emprender nuevos retos en búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades.

<h4>I love the concept of Gamification, so I will try to explain it in a few words: it is the ability to create a  playful environment where there is no game, in order to change bad habits, improve  processes, teach and most  important, motivate to be a better being every day.</h4>

Me encanta el concepto de Gamificacion o Ludificación. Explicado en pocas palabras, es la habilidad de crear un ambiente de juego donde no hay juego, con el fin de cambiar un mal hábito, mejorar un proceso, enseñar y en fin, motivar a ser  mejor todos los días.

<h4>In a chapter of my own philosophy of Life, there is a paragraph that says, that is not enough to be a good person, we have to be the best example for our children and our neighbors.</h4>

En un capítulo de mi filosofía de vida, hay un párrafo que dice que no es suficiente ser una buena persona, hay que ser el mejor ejemplo para nuestros hijos y nuestros vecinos.

<h4> I have created a personal challenge in  which I want to motivate others, to join the effort to improve our world, starting with something simple. And I called it BadPublicity Vs GoodPublicity.</h4>

Actualmente he creado un reto personal con el qual quiero motivar a otros, a  unirse en  un esfuerzo para mejorar nuestro mundo, empezando con algo simple. Y lo llamé MalaPublicidad Vs BuenaPublicidad.

<h4> Today I celebrate 100 days non stop , I started in Cancun, then I continued doing it in all these places that I was lucky to visit  this year: Veracruz, Mexico City, Acapulco, Playa del Carmen, Guadalajara, Lido di Jesolo (Italy),San Donà di Piave (Italy) Malta Island.</h4>

Hoy celebro 100 días sin parar, empecé en Cancún, seguí haciéndolo en todos los lugares que tuve suerte de visitar  este año: Veracruz, Ciudad de México, Acapulco, Playa del carmen, Guadalajara, Lido di Jesolo(Italia),San Donà di Piave (Italia), Isla de Malta.

<h4>Many people say it's not my fault, and it's true. I agree, is not my fault that a bunch of poorly educated “human being” with little respect to their home leave garbage on the floor. But this is not the way to solve the problem. </h4>

Muchas personas dicen no es mi culpa, y es cierto. No es mi culpa que un bola de mal educados “seres humanos” con poco respeto por su hogar dejen basura en el suelo. Pero esta no es la forma de resolver el problema.

<h4>Why BadPublicity Vs GoodPublicity?

We live in an environment governed by commerce and economy. In this world, a product cannot survive without a good image.
A good image sells more and creates well-being.
A bad image creates denial and kills the product.

My concept is based on three fundamental pillars.
1) personal …( I )
2) Society, municipality, state, country ... ( We )
3) Companies ... ( They )</h4>

Porque MalaPublicidad Vs BuenaPublicidad?

Vivimos en un ambiente gobernado por el comercio y la economía. En este mundo un producto no puede sobrevivir sin una buena imagen.
Una buena imagen vende más y crea bienestar.
Una mala imagen crea negación y mata el producto.

Mi concepto se rige sobre tres pilares fundamentales.
1)personal…( Yo )
2)Sociedad, municipio, estado, país...( Nosotros )
3)Las empresas...( Ellos )

<h4>ONE: Personal ( I )
If everyone was responsible for their own backyard, and of their own neighborhood, your home would look prettier, your neighborhood would look nicer and people would come closer feeling the good atmosphere. (Just imagine, if for one day a week all the people in your town would pick up a garbage bag, what would happen?) </h4>

UNO: Personal ( YO )
Si cada uno se hiciera responsable de su propio patio y de su propio vecindario, tu casa se veria mas bonita tu vecindario se veria mas lindo y la gente se acercaria percibiendo un buen ambiente. (solamente inmagina, si por un dia a la semana toda la gente de tu pueblo recogiera una bolsa de basura, ¿que pasaria?)

<h4>TWO: Society, municipality, state, country ... (US)
Even small towns have something beautiful, for their history or the nature that surrounds it, all towns are tourist destinations. People are attracted to interesting places with their own Magic. If these places are contaminated with garbage they lose their own charm and their power of attraction. That is why society, and all the people that Manage your municipality, your state, your country have the duty to administer this resource.</h4>

DOS: Sociedad, municipio, estado, país...( NOSOTROS )
Hasta los pequeños pueblos tienen algo de bonito, por sus  historia o la naturaleza que los rodea, todos los pueblos son destinos turísticos. La gente es atraída por lugares interesantes con su propia Magia. Si estos lugares están contaminados con basura pierden sus encantos y su poder de atracción. Por eso la sociedad, y todos lo que gestionan tu municipio, tu estado, tu país tienen el deber de administrar este recurso.

<h4>THREE: Companies ... (THEY)
A company that helps its environment will always be a successful company. Finding a product of your company on the floor is not a good indicator, or it is a bad product, or you have had your consumers badly educated. There is an old saying that "bad publicity is always advertising",  but todays publicity that contaminates is bad publicity. Companies can not hide under the excuse that they are not the ones who leave their products on the ground, if they want to be respected they have to take care of the problem too.</h4>

TRES:Las empresas...( ELLOS )
Una empresa que ayuda  a su entorno siempre será una empresa exitosa. Encontrar un producto de tu empresa en el piso no es un buen indicador; o es un mal producto o educaste mal a tus consumidores. Existe un viejo dicho que dice que “la mala publicidad es siempre publicidad”, pero al dia de hoy, publicidad que contamina es mala publicidad. Las empresas no pueden esconderse bajo el pretexto de que no son ellas las que dejan en el suelo sus productos, si quieren ser respetadas tienen que hacerse cargo del problema también.
