Hola amigos de Steemit, con respecto a la academia que abrí finales del año pasado en la que los niños pueden aprender por las experiencias de la música, no solo ir a clases y ya, también la oportunidad de experimentar lo que un artista musical hace, grabación, presentaciones, entrevistas. etc. Hace 1 mes tuve la idea de hacer un concurso entre ellos para que comenzaran a conocer su propia voz, no esperar que el profesor les diga que canten una canción, sino que ellos mismos la eligieran... Como son mis alumnos no quería seleccionar al ganador yo sola, así que se me ocurrió grabar sus audiciones y subirlo a steemit para que ustedes me ayuden a seleccionar a 1 ganador... Estos fueron los chicos que se atrevieron a adicionar, por supuesto la pena siempre estuvo pero las ganas de participar fueron mas grandes, y es ahí donde comenzamos a crear músicos que no le tengan miedo a ninguna cámara, ningún escenario, y tampoco a ningún micrófono <3

Recuerdo cuando tenia 8 años, yo cantaba con mi hermano, el siempre tuvo el don de cantar pero yo a la edad de 8 años no sabia ni llevar el tiempo, cuando cumplí 10 años y mi hermano 12, mi papá logró convencer a un señor que estaba formando una orquesta de salsa para que yo entrara en ella, me dieron la oportunidad y me dieron 1 canción para cantarla, después de la presentación mi papá me habló y me dijo que no podía seguir en la orquesta porque el señor no me quería por no saber cantar, eso no me detuvo, al contrario, tuve mas ganas de seguir aprendiendo y gracias a mis padres y a mi hermano que a pesar de que yo no cantaba no me dejaron a un lado y así poder seguir aprendiendo.

No se imaginan cuantas personas dejan de luchar por sus sueños solo porque alguien les dijo que no eran tan buenos en eso... Un profesor nunca puede dirigirse a sus alumnos como si fueran malos, el profesor siempre debe animar a sus alumnos para conseguir lo que quieren, y en Kolel queremos darle a los alumnos la mejor experiencia y que cada día se superen aun mas
