Voglia di piccante?!

Buongiorno a tutti! Oggi vi propongo la nostra ricetta di **salsa piccante**  *rigorosamente fatta in casa*! 🙂
A noi piace tantissimo mangiarla con le patate e con la carne, perciò facciamo ogni anno una bella scorta abbondante.

### *Procediamo*

#### Ingredienti:

- pomodori (1 kg)
- poponi (1 kg)
- peperoncini piccanti (5 - 6 pz)
- aglio (2 teste medie)
- aceto (50 ml)
- sale (1 cucchiaino)
- zucchero (2 cucchiaini)
- spezie secche miste (1 cucchiaino)

Per prima cosa si deve sistemare il nostro macchinario manuale **OLD SCHOOL NUMBER 2** (*ovviamente sto lavoro lo farà nuovamente  il babbo* 🙂)

Speliamo tutto l'aglio. Togliamo i piccioli dei peperoncini ed i loro semi.
> Fate molta attenzione e non toccate il viso mentre pulite i peperoncini. Appena finito il lavoro LAVATE accuratamente le mani, altrimenti sentirete BRUCIORI infernali.

Laviamo i poponi. Togliamo i piccioli ed i semi e li tagliamo a pezzi grossi (*tanto si devono macinare perciò non importa se vengono tagliati precisi o meno*).

Attacchiamo il macchinario al tavolo e siamo pronti.

Maciniamo i peperoncini, dopo di che l'aglio ed in fine i poponi.

Appena finito di macinare, versiamo il nostro composto in una pentola.

Dai pomodori si deve ricavare la polpa ed il succo buttando via tutti i semi.

Aggiungiamo dentro il composto 500 g di polpa e succo di pomodoro, 50 g di aceto di mele, 1 cucchiaino di sale, 2 cucchiaini di zucchero ed uno di spezie secche miste.

Mescoliamo il tutto e facciamo cuocere per 20 minuti a fiamma bassa.

Prendiamo un pentolino di ferro. Appoggiamo dentro i barattoli precedentemente sterilizzati e li riempiamo uno alla volta.
> Non spegnete la fiamma mentre state versando il composto nei barattoli. La temperatura deve rimanere costante fino alla fine.

Appena riempiti, si devono chiudere ermeticamente, dopo di che vanno capovolti.

> Consiglio vivamente di non aprirla per almeno 2 settimane. Così avrà il tempo per insaporirsi, assorbendo tutti gli aromi.
