@allaboutpastries: The Most Useful Printed Aid You Can Have in the Kitchen - CONVERSION CHARTS! Plus More Links to Interesting Posts

<p>If you are serious about cooking then you must have access to Conversion Charts.&nbsp;</p>
<p>I look for many interesting recipe from throughout the world. &nbsp;I find lots of great ideas but, they nearly all require converting to the units of measurements I use.&nbsp; Yes you can go online and convert; I however would rather have them pinned up on my kitchen unit and be ready for action.</p>
<p>So, I have just spent the last two hours cutting and pasting each image from word, into GIMP to modify as .png files: a suitable format for this post.</p>
<p>You can download copies of these charts if you wish to.&nbsp; They cover cups, imperial and, metric conversions comprehensively.&nbsp; There is also various common ingredients covered, and an oven temperature chart. &nbsp;</p>
