Have a beautiful healthy Day with spring flowers

You don't have to wait for the flu virus to come knocking. Scented oils and warm herbal teas are balm for body and soul anyway.
I like to drink teas with elderberry, lime blossom and blackcurrant, a walk in the nature or a hot bath with the wonderful essential oils thyme linalool and eucalyptus radiata. A little sunshine is allowed!

*Du brauchst ja nicht abzuwarten, bis die Grippeviren anklopfen, duftende Öle und warme Kräutertees sind ohnehin Balsam für Leib und Seele.
Ich drinke gerne Tees mit Holunder, Lindenblüten und Schwarze Johannisbeere oder ein Sptziergang in die Natur oder eine heisse Bad mit die wunderbaren ätherischen Öle Thymian linalool und Eucalyptus radiata. Ein wenig Sonne schadet nicht!*
