Its just suggestions about in the committee report. because the there are lot of startups in the India working on these and the government don't want to face backlash from the companies and techie world. Also as much as modi is promoting the digitizing of the currency, I believe he don't want to completely ban the crypto. But there will be more regulations or some more rules will be introduced. I have also read some where that Mukesh Ambani is also wanted to launch a coin from their company named as "jio coin". As you said in the video, at present we don't need to feel stress about this thing. As we know how much time it takes by government in indiato impose any thing on people. Mean while we can find more ways where we don't need intervene of the banks in the crypto transactions.
