This rainy season, the perfect food for a cold weather like this is Arroz Caldo! You will love its yummy taste perfectly combined with eggs and chicken meat as toppings. This recipe is well loved by kids. It also gives happiness to someone who is sick. I really love this whatever the weather is. Here's my recipe on how to cook it.
Ingredients:
garlic
chicken breast (cooked and finely chopped)
1 cup uncooked rice
5 cups chicken stock
salt
pepper
ginger
yellow ginger (powdered)
commercial fish sauce/patis (optional)
msg (optional)
Spring onion
eggs (boiled)
Procedure:
1. Put oil into the caserole. Saute garlic, ginger and chopped chicken breast.
2. Add the chicken stock.
3. Put the rice and simmer until cooked.
4. Add salt, pepper, msg (optional) and patis (optional) to taste.
5. Top with boiled eggs and chopped spring onion
