I bought takuyaki earlier on my way home at Gaisano Country Mall.  Takuyaki is made of shredded vegetables which is healthy and nutritious.  It is fried on an equipment which has round holes to mold its ingredients.  You can choose if you want it sweet or spicy sauce. Tada!  My takuyaki. Yum. Yum.
