My Actifit Report Card: August 10 2019

Yesterday was a hot day. At one point around noon, I walked for 30ish minutes and was sweating balls right after. Lucky me I had left 2 bottles of water in the freezer, a preventive measure I've set up over the last few years, specially during summer or when I'm preparing for drunkening evenings.

Anywho;

I chugged the first one, refilled it, put it back in the freezer and went slow on the second bottle. It was over within 3 minutes. Smh

Shameless heat carried til late evening like it was no one's business.
