### HELLO STEEMIANS!
Take a look at this **refreshing** and **succulent** orange slices. I took a photo of this when I was having a healthy snack.

Most of the people nowadays would rather quench their thirst over softdrinks and flavored drinks. Water then is almost forgotten during the day and now that makes an unhealthy lifestyle.

Let’s say when one is fond of fruits and chooses an orange flavored drink, **would that be healthy?**
Anything that is processed and artificially flavored is never healthy at all. Fruit flavorings added on bottled drinks are purely chemicals. Those substances if constantly consumed daily can destroy our **KIDNEYS** and **LIVER**.
To have a healthy drink, you can extract juices from fruits instead such as oranges or lemons. Its guaranteed guilty-free. I chose to these pictures as the color challenge for today, because its my second favorite among all fruits.
One of the benefits of consuming orange is it can boost our immune system naturally. It is rich in vitamin C which aids normal production of *White Blood Cells* (WBC) and antibodies.
This one is a good substitute to our daily vitamin capsules intake.
So I recommend you guys to be free of illness/infection by drinking orange juice or eating sweet fruits like this.
