Whenever I'm With You

How happy I am the day we are together
Holding hands with your warm hands
I wish this would last forever.

But when you left me for another girl,
my life gets darker everyday,
the pain hits me so hard,
I can't bear it anymore!

I was alone in the room,
I heard a footsteps, I thought it was you,
it’s my mom visiting at my place,
asking why I haven’t called her for weeks.
I told her what happened.
She rub my head slowly and kissed it.
I looked at her and she only smile.
I talked a lot. She listens.

And when I stopped talking,
she held my hand, looks at me and smile again.
Then my mom cries. I wonder why?
She told me my love is gone.
I cried a lot! Though he hurt me!

She told me what happened,
I was even surprised!
Why would he even told me about it!
I was angry even more at him!

My mom, responded, "No, my dear!"
By why mom? "He loves you dearly!"
How's that possible! "He loves you dearly!"
What are you talking about mom?
"The girl you thought is another girl of her life is her cousin!
Who mom? "She pick him up for another therapy."
Therapy what mom?
"Barely a month will he live
and he thought that's the best for you."
Her mom gave something to her, a ring.
"This is his gift for you on your 1st anniversary."

My heart died that day,
but his love for me is not,
and whenever I'm with you,
I feel safe and anew!
