Another busy day today,  but before that, I do the 30 minutes dumbbell lift, then a light breakfast,  then a shower, then a 30 minutes walk going to my work. Then,  I cut the floor matting for the gym and fix it in the walkway area along the perimeter of the Basketball court and in the Wall Climbing area,  and then,  we continue fixing the enclosure of our gym until in the afternoon.
