The beta testing of Boolean is about to start from a week, probably by the mid of June. The developers are keeping their word and sticking to the roadmap they have made. I like the team behind the project, they are active, enthusiastic and believe in the project. They have successfully completed the ICO which ended about a month ago, and the token is now listed on hotbit, a UK based exchange. They plan to get Booleancoin listed on other exchanges as well by the end of the year. 

Recently I posted a question about the mechanism, which was unclear to me, and I received this respons from the developers- 

Hi, @ashayadav,so a really simple explanation of how it works is that we have utilized and begun to define additional industry best practices/standards of fact checking in this nascent field (news accuracy management) to create a set of Tests, both automatic and manual tests which can be carried out by users utilizing our platform and they can manage accuracy for their own sites or audit other sites that they are concerned are spreading fake news (facebook is a very common example, but there is a lot of viral fake news all over the internet, including on steemit, as things becoming viral causes a snowball effect, especially for misinformation/propaganda). Once our APIs roll out (August 2018), enterprise users will be able to integrate our automatic testing into their websites so that content can be flagged as it is created.

This is all done using our Boolean Prioritization Model, which utilizes the expert-defined standards of Fact Checking Forums in order to weight different negative aspects of content that point toward inaccuracy. The different weights will alter the influence of each given automatic or manual test on the overall risk score of a given article. The Prioritization Model will evolve over time utilizing AI and User Input, as well as change as industry standards change.

Our mobile apps will do auto-checking of pages that you open in your browser/in the app so that you have real-time checks of news accuracy. We will have a trending page which will display trending, viral articles that have high potential of being inaccurate or false. Automatic testing of pages will be as simple as inputting a URL and submitting it for testing.

They can manage their tests in created projects that they create with their account. Finally, they can create a permanent record of the Accuracy Audit and a permanent record of the state of a website page that contains the fake content on the Ethereum Blockchain.

Booleancoin will be needed in order to permanently upload content to the Ethereum Blockchain, another incentive to hold the token. This will be extremely useful in legislation/legal cases where the spreading of misinformation is important as a point of evidence of Fraud, Negligence, Slander, etc.

Holders of the token will be able to earn Booleancoin in the early days of the platform by holding the coin (details to come) and there will be a profit sharing mechanism for holders of Booleancoin as we begin to sell Enterprise Subscriptions, which will include the use of our Monitoring Team Services, the use of our APIs once they role out, as well as custom integration with their existing business processes for content editing and accuracy verification. Freelance Citizen Journalists will also be able to display public profiles of their past testing and analysis and users will be able to bid Booleancoin on jobs/tasks that they define in our forum/request bin. As with all successful tokens, we will also be expanding different economic utilizations of the token over time and adapting its uses, to incentivize people to hold the coin, thus increasing value of the coin. :)

There will be more clarification, support documentation, and even live and recorded webinars for people to utilize soon after the platform roll out.
