Ramadan is such a glorious month for Muslims, in which so many privileges that exist among them every good deed that we do will be multiplied reward. Of course, in order to welcome the coming of the month of Ramadan we must prepare our heart and also our body with the best. In the month of Ramadan there is an obligation that must be fulfilled by all Muslims, ie fasting. 

Fasting Ramadan is a fast that is highly anticipated by all believing Muslims. Because Ramadan fasting in addition to the grace of Allah SWT is very big on it and in terms of benefits very much at all. In scientific research, has been proven that fasting Ramadan is very good for the health of the body, for those who do it. Fasting can eliminate toxins in the body, can refresh the organs of the body, and can renew the hormones that greatly affect the mental and comfortable in our lives.
