When it comes to becoming  successful in life we always think what should we do ? set big goals and start achieving them ? or their is some other way of becoming a successful person and have all those things we always wants to have in life . Its all about the approach you have towards things it can be a goal, it can be going from one place to another or becoming perfect in a particular skill. 

When we set goals in life we always need a process or system in order to achieve that goal so what makes it possible ? setting of a goal or process ? defielty the process, it takes you to that height of success people always dream of. The thing we should always focus on is the process we don't have to remind our selves each time that we want to achieve this thing we should simply follow the process and it will take us their if we just keep on reminding our selves and don't work we will never achieve what we want for our selves . 

Reminding yourself and not working for it would always ends in stress . So what i would suggest is to keep your self on track follow the process and dont worry about the results :)
