just faced a problem, already panicked and angry. in my opinion this is ignorance. because by increasing emotions, of course the problem is difficult to resolve. you will find it hard to think, your energy is drained, and other people who see it are also unpleasant.

and people who have high patience, this is in my opinion a smart person. anger is certainly needed. but you have to be able to sort it out. meaning you have to know when you have to be angry, and when you should not be angry. when the problem comes, you have to find a solution to overcome it.

life is like this, sometimes someone likes you, and sometimes someone doesn't like you. You must be smart in completing it. for example you are accused of stealing in your company work. and the company leader calls you. you don't need to be angry. because the company leader is more likely to be upset with you.

all you have to do is ask for proof, and you also have to provide evidence and explain to him that you did not commit theft. when you provide proof of fact, of course the leadership of the company will trust. even those who accuse you will receive punishment.

therefore increase patience. don't let anger overwhelm you.
