You don’t need everyone to agree with you or even like you. It’s human nature to want to belong, to be liked, respected and valued, but not at the expense of your integrity and happiness. Other people cannot give you the validation you seek. That has to come from inside. Speak up, stick to your guns, assert yourself when you need to, demand respect, stay true to your values.

That's a lesson that we all live and learn.

And also most of us are very intrigued when see people we know react different to "that simple thing" that we think is good and great.

We don't have to be mad to them. It's just a matter of opinion and free choice.
We may not like some of their actions too, but doesn't make them bad.

Until some point it is a matter of choice, belief, feeling... etc

Just be who you are and who likes you good, who don't... good again.

This is life.

But almost all of us learn that on the hard way ;-)

Ofcoz you cant please everyone. People possesses different modes of reasoning, and this will make people see things from different angles.  You best action to satisfy some, might displease some. 
Your first target is to please yourself first.
