Klar wir sollen nach Möglichkeit daheim bleiben. Versuch ich. Mach ich auch. Ich bin eine gefährdete Person wegen meiner Diabetis. Dennoch habe ich auch zwei Jungs, die brauchen Bewegung. Darum müssen wir raus. Es gibt aber auch Orte an denen eben keine anderen Menschen sind, oder wenn dann vielleicht nur ganz selten mal ein Radfahrer. 

Genau dort kann man in diesen schweren Zeiten etwas Zeit verbringen. 

Ich wünsch euch allen viel Kraft.

Of course we should stay at home if possible. I'll try. I'll try. I'm a person at risk for my diabetes. But I have two boys who need exercise. That's why we need to get out. But there are also places where there are no other people, or if then maybe only very rarely a cyclist. 

Exactly there you can spend some time in these hard times. 

I wish you all lots of strength.
