红瓤的地瓜

不知不觉种的比较早的地瓜已经成熟，刨开土壤之后就露出硕大的地瓜来了，回家树上一大锅能吃好几天。

小时候家里比较穷也没有什么好吃的零食，最高兴的就是这个时节了，地瓜熟了之后可以煮着吃也可以用来烤，还可以晒成地瓜干留起来过年的时候吃，其乐无穷。

我最喜欢的就是烤地瓜了，红壤的地瓜烤了之后就会像溜油的鸭蛋黄一样，咬一口香喷喷的，吃上几个连饭都不用吃了，止饿。

只是作为农家子弟这个时间也是最辛苦的，红薯最好吃但是农活确实很累呀，我们这儿的地都是小块小块的，没法用机器只能手工用撅头刨，早些年的时候会切成地瓜根晒干，这些年时代进步了也不用切成地瓜干了，鲜地瓜就有要的。就是很便宜，一斤也就两三毛钱吧。

红壤的贵一点但产量低，我们都是种普通的白瓤地瓜，个头大出淀粉多，那些做粉丝的，酿酒的，喂猪作饲料的，都很喜欢，今年我家种的不多，都在外地打工，种地不挣钱也就不种了。
