This is just me outside the store, sending you all a reminder how tremendous this is for your overall health, if you do not know.

The list of benefits is staggering, look it up, you will be amazed my friends.

I drink it in warm non fluoridated water every day just after I brush my teeth.

I had turmeric in coconut oil with black pepper last nite actually, the pepper activates the turmeric.  

I use that mixture along with some ginger and cinnamon added for detox.

Personally, I find it unpalatable. However, if you put about a tablespoon of it in a can of seltzer it actually tastes pretty good.

I make a natural deodarant out of white vinegar at a ratio 1:6 water
apple vinegar is great too 
also white vinegars are good for killing muffs and fungus around your house just mix it with some water or go 100% if it is severe, repeat for a couple of days...
I spray it just because everywhere in the house...bathrooms especially and dark corners
Also if you have dehumidifier around fill it with vinegar and go to sleep ... or if you don't have a dehumidifier then boil some water with a sliced onion in it and leave it by your bed before going to sleep, add some vinegar too ofcourse!! :D
