Tiempo de crisis, tiempo de pandemia, tiempo para reflexionar, para convivir en familia y también para valorar sobre las necesidades de los más pequeños de la casa. No siempre el recurso tecnológico mantendrá el espíritu alegre de los niños. A ellos les hace falta esparcimiento, correr, derrochar energías, hacer travesuras y divertirse para sentirse completos.

En estos momentos de coronavirus, la situación más dura es realmente para ellos, peor aún más para quienes viven en espacios reducidos y a su vez carecen de herramientas y hasta de buena alimentación. 

La realidad nos obliga a tomar consciencia, mantenerlos en casa es lo mejor para todos, es la salud quien se encuentra en juego y en riesgo pero, aún así, los adultos con niños pequeños, deben pensar y repensar qué hacer para mantenerlos alejados de las tristezas causantes de heridas graves. 

No centremos nuestros tiempos pensando solo en nosotros, también dediquemos tiempo a los pequeños y adolescentes de la casa. Busquemos un espacio para ellos, no les de miedo acercarse y preguntarles sobre sus necesidades, no les de miedo jugar con ellos, no les de miedo hacer el ridículo frente a ellos, no sienta miedo de jugar como si tuviesen la mismas edades de ellos. La diversión no solo beneficiará a los pequeños , también lo beneficiará a usted. 

Los adultos, dense el permiso de pensar como niños, de actuar como niños… no es malo querer volver a esos momentos de la niñez y nada mejor como aprovecharse de esta condición compleja pero pasajera. Rían con los niños, rían junto a los adolescentes, compartan en cualquier espacio de la casa, eso podemos lograrlo poniendo entusiasmo y creatividad ***¡Atrévanse a cambiar!***

<center><h1>There is a time for children</h1></center>

Time of crisis, time of pandemic, time to reflect, to live together as a family and also to evaluate the needs of the youngest in the house. The technological resource will not always keep the children's spirit happy. They need recreation, to run, to waste energy, to do mischief and to have fun in order to feel complete.

In these moments of coronavirus, the hardest situation is really for them, even worse for those who live in reduced spaces and at the same time lack tools and even good food. 

Reality forces us to become aware, keeping them at home is the best for everyone, it is health that is at stake and at risk but, even so, adults with small children, must think and rethink what to do to keep them away from the sadness that causes serious injuries. 

Let's not focus our time thinking only of ourselves, let's also dedicate time to the little ones and teenagers in the house. Let's find a space for them, let's not be afraid to approach them and ask them about their needs, let's not be afraid to play with them, let's not be afraid to make a fool of them in front of them, let's not be afraid to play as if they were the same age as the children. The fun will not only be for them, it will also benefit you. 

Adults, give themselves permission to think like children, to act like children... it is not bad to want to go back to those moments of childhood and nothing better than to take advantage of this complex but passing condition. Laugh with the children, laugh with the teenagers, share in any space in the house, we can achieve this by putting enthusiasm and creativity. </div>
