Today, I want to share one of the most nutritious food, malunggay or moringa (scientific name, Moringa oleifera), in our yard. Malungay is a widely grown plant in the Philippines. And perhaps the easiest to grow. You can plant the seeds or just the branch itself. Most of us here, because we have access to mature trees, just plant the branch.Studies show that Moringa contains high levels of beta-carotine, Vitamin C and E, and the phytochemical niaziminin. And since my father just had surgery, he badly needs the nutrition from this incredible plant, in order for his wounds to heal faster and his body to regain strength.

OHHH! I love malunggay! *( moringa)*, especially when my Nanay put this in a soup with fried fish and fresh tomatoes <3 ... And Yes Yes Yes! 100% agree for the benefits from it. Thank you @gingbabida for sharing this menu so kids can eat this because it mixed with the fried scrambled egg.
