From comparisons

1.-All the governments of the IV Republic were much better than the government of President Maduro. I have no doubt about it.

2.-For example, with the so-called "Rabbit Plan" issue, rabbits were raised in large suitable sheds and kits were commercialized, a normal activity. You could go to any restaurant and ask for a rabbit, it was on the menu or menu. Also the goat meat competed with the rabbit. It was something ordinary. Of the last minute tips
