When you start steemit it will be really hard to get more views on your posts and more upvotes on your post . the day you joined steemit you have to set a goal for steemit each and everyday and how are you gonna get more successful on steemit, you have to set a goal for a the number of followers you want and the number of posts you are gonna post and the number of people you are gonna engage with to help you get more views from this you wont back down because i do this and it actually works out for me

Just increasing your followers hold help it because a lot of followers doesn't actually check their feed they just follows the fellow steemians, all you have to do is have a plan and pick attractive articles and attractive title , chickbaits and perfect thumbnails for your post.

To get more views you also have to comment which attracts more people to your profile if the comment is good enough people will directly open your account because they will get you are loyal user on steemit  if they like your posts, they will follow you and upvote you.All you have to focus is on the quality and keep on post quality content because you have to attract the people with high steem power
don't spam and you will be successful
