## Have you ever felt in your life a feeling of being sad or distressed for no reason?

I believe that this is something that has happened to all of us. But not everyone knows why this happens ... and that's why today I want to talk a little about the people around us and how they influence our lives.

It is about feeling more or less influenced by the words and behavior of others. We know very well how the words and actions of the people around us can influence our lives, even when we do not realize it.
<br>

For example, to be every day, with negative people, people who see everything black, horrible, meaningless, people who are looking for a defect to everything ... sooner or later, we will end in the same way, our way of seeing the life will begin to darken.

### That is when our life is affected and we begin to feel sad for no reason, or we begin to complain about everything, when before we were not like that.
<br>

In different situations of our life, we have the possibility to choose the people with whom we would like to spend our time in a calm and serene way. Avoiding negative people completely is perhaps impossible, but we can learn not to let their actions and their way of thinking influence our mood and disturb our days.
<br>

Many people around us are arrogant, victimizers, opportunists, exploiters and manipulators, and it is our decision to continue with them or to dispense with their company to live better.

People can only change if they really want it. We CAN NOT expect to change others and we should never try to do it. Each of us has a different purpose in life, has its own objective to achieve. If a person does not like it, it is futile to try to change their behavior or expect it to change. Maybe one day they can begin to follow our positive example, but it will be exclusively their choice.
<br>

It is important to draw a line between us and the people who come to look for us only when they want to complain and ventilate their problems with us, without returning even a few seconds to listen to us. At some point we may decide to turn our attention elsewhere and not give more weight to the words of these people who are constantly complaining.
<br>

A good friend listens to problems and knows how to advise, but what I want to say here is the case of people who are negative to the extreme. Those who are not really your friend, but those who go through life destroying with their words everything that does not seem right to them. This type of people is the one that transmits that negative sensation that often overshadows our happiness.
<br>


Fortunately, in our lives there are not only toxic and negative people. We can learn to recognize which are really special people who know how to cheer us up and talk without running the risk of being manipulated, crushed and overwhelmed by a really unpleasant and annoying feeling. 
<br>

### Let's trust our kind people, who know how to listen, who can smile and have fun despite the difficulties of life and that together with them life is more beautiful than it really is.
