<h4><center>That's Not How Any Of This Works!</center></h4><br>

<div class="text-justify">I am pretty sure the owner of this little dory, sitting in the bay is not doing it right. I'm no expert on boating, I am a casual boat owner, and not a licensed captain, but, I have taken a few courses. I studied, some... and actually retained, some, too. Again, not an expert, but, <strong><em>usually,</em></strong> you prefer to keep the water <strong><em>OUTSIDE</em></strong> the boat!<br><br>

<div class="text-justify">Down at the harbor, on the snowy day of about 6 or 8 inches of the fluffy cold white stuff. There was a break, during which I stepped out and shot some images of the low tide, with docklines, and mooring lines, and this poor soul's finest fleet.<br></div>
