嗜睡

最近变得很嗜睡，哪怕一天睡上8个小时，醒来还是很累，不明白为何？

想要早睡早起，但是却越睡越累…

最近都是11点前入睡，早上有时候6、7点起床，吃了早餐后就会犯困。

强撑着精神去开启全新的一天，去上课去读journal…知道中午吃好饭后，2、3点又开始嗜睡了。

有时候午觉就睡不到30分钟，醒来后头却有点疼，根本没有舒缓😅让原本就有点疲累的精神更加累，弄巧反拙。

不知道是不是最近精神太紧绷了，有时候很期待睡觉的时间快点到来，可以放下身上的事情好好去休息。但是有时候又觉得我时间不够用，我不想浪费时间睡觉，但是身体和很累。真是矛盾🌚

最近睡觉感觉自己牙咬得很紧，因为我有磨牙，所以会带着防磨牙的套。隔天早上醒来，那个套紧紧地附着着我的牙齿，非常不舒服。我估计真是自己咬太紧了。

心中有太多疑虑，很想知道怎么去让自己真正放松。z
